Norvicka Studio provides operational architecture, custom web builds, dashboard configurations, and workflow automation services. Any requests falling outside the agreed-upon scope will be treated as separate engagements and quoted accordingly.

2. Intellectual Property and Ownership

• Client Ownership: Upon receipt of full payment, you acquire full ownership and rights to the final deliverables configured specifically for your business (e.g., custom code, operational logic maps, and unique dashboards).
• Studio IP Retention: Norvicka Studio retains all intellectual property rights to our underlying internal frameworks, templates, open-source libraries utilized, and proprietary methodologies used to deliver the work. We grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use these underlying elements as they exist within your final delivered system.

3. Communication and Support Boundaries

To ensure rapid, focused execution, Norvicka Studio operates on an asynchronous-first communication model. Active project updates are handled via centralized client portals or scheduled updates rather than constant real-time chat. Post-deployment support windows (typically 14 to 30 days) are defined in your specific project agreement to handle bug fixes or alignment issues.

4. Third-Party Platforms and Tools

Our solutions frequently integrate with third-party software (e.g., Airtable, Supabase, Stripe, Zapier). You are responsible for maintaining your own accounts, subscription fees, and compliance with the terms of service for any third-party platforms utilized in your operational stack. Norvicka Studio is not liable for service outages, pricing changes, or API deprecations enacted by these third parties.

5. Payment Terms

Payments must be made according to the schedule defined in your Client Agreement. Standard studio policy requires a deposit to secure scheduling and commence the diagnostic audit, with the remaining balance due upon handover and successful deployment of the system.

6. Limitation of Liability

Norvicka Studio builds robust, functional systems to the exact specifications agreed upon. However, we cannot guarantee specific financial results, conversion rates, or business outcomes resulting from the implementation of these systems. In no event shall Norvicka Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential business damages arising out of or in connection with our services.
